These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and RewirePath ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by founder and lead developer Sandeep DK, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By accessing, browsing, downloading, registering for, or using the RewirePath website (rewirepath.com) or our native mobile applications distributed via Google Play Store or Apple TestFlight/App Store, you explicitly agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full, alongside our Privacy Policy.

To access personalized career roadmaps, credit tracking, and interactive milestone features, you may be required to register a user account:

  Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use RewirePath. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration details when signing in via Google, Apple, or email credentials, and to keep your account details current.

  Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and authentication devices. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

RewirePath provides career exploration intelligence, structured learning roadmaps, entry-to-senior compensation insights, skill tree breakdowns, and handpicked study resources across tech, product, design, data, and management domains.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use our platform for your personal, non-commercial educational career planning, strictly subject to these Terms.

RewirePath utilizes an innovative, credit-driven access model designed to maximize value and eliminate predatory recurring paywalls:

  Credit Allocations: Each account tier includes a designated monthly credit allowance (e.g. Free: 5 Credits, Basic: 5 Credits, Standard: 10 Credits, Premium: 15 Credits, Pro: 20 Credits).

  Unlocking Career Paths: Spending a credit permanently unlocks that career's complete intelligence dossier, including full stage-by-stage learning roadmaps, required tool competencies, daily workflow overviews, and curated resources.

  The "Lifetime Access, Yours Forever" Guarantee: Once a career path has been unlocked under your registered account, it remains permanently accessible to you for the lifetime of the service at no additional cost. Furthermore, whenever our research team revises, enhances, or adds new learning milestones to an unlocked path, you receive those updates automatically for free.

  Non-Transferability: Credits and unlocked career pathways are strictly tied to your authenticated user account and may not be sold, gifted, transferred, or exchanged between different accounts.

RewirePath offers optional monthly subscription plans providing recurring credits and expanded features:

  Pricing Tiers: Our subscription plans are transparently priced in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized foreign currencies: Free (₹0/mo), Basic (₹49/mo), Standard (₹89/mo), Premium (₹129/mo), and Pro (₹159/mo).

  Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle on the calendar date corresponding to the commencement of your paid tier.

  Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges while your current tier remains active through the end of the paid billing period.

  Unlocks Retained Post-Cancellation: If you cancel or downgrade a paid tier, every career path you previously unlocked with credits remains accessible in your account forever.

All financial transactions for paid subscriptions and in-app credit packages are processed exclusively through certified merchant platforms:

  Google Play Store: Android in-app purchases are subject to Google Play Terms of Service and refund policies.

  Apple App Store: iOS transactions are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Apple refund guidelines.

  Digital Goods Fulfillment: Because credits and digital career roadmaps are immediately provisioned upon transaction confirmation, refunds are handled in accordance with the statutory rules of Google Play or Apple App Store. If you experience an erroneous duplicate charge or technical provisioning error, please notify us at [email protected] and we will assist in rectifying the ledger.

The RewirePath platform, including all proprietary algorithms, roadmap milestone frameworks, stage-by-stage curriculum structures, software code, UI designs, brand logos, graphical tokens, and compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of RewirePath and Sandeep DK, protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

RewirePath career roadmaps link out to publicly available, high-yield third-party educational materials (including YouTube tutorials, open-source technical documentation, free online courses, and book recommendations):

  Independent Creators: All third-party trademarks, video titles, channel names, and external learning materials belong to their respective copyright owners. Their inclusion in RewirePath represents educational curation and does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

  No Control Over External Content: We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, ongoing accuracy, or privacy practices of external third-party websites or services.

Please read this section carefully before relying on platform insights:

  No Employment Guarantee: RewirePath is not an employment agency or recruiter. Completing roadmaps, unlocking careers, or studying recommended resources does not guarantee job placement, interview offers, or employment contracts.

  Compensation Variability: Real-world salaries, compensation packages, and bonuses vary significantly based on candidate performance, negotiation, geographical location, economic climate, and employer requirements. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the exact salary figures displayed.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to extract career data, roadmaps, or API endpoints.
• •
  Interfering with, circumventing, or disrupting platform security, rate limiters, or server infrastructure.
• •
  Sharing account credentials or reselling access to unlocked career roadmaps.
• •
  Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the mobile application source code.
• •
  Submitting false, fraudulent, or harassing inquiries via our contact support forms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

You may terminate your account at any time by selecting "Delete Account" within the mobile app or emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

The platform, including all website pages, mobile applications, APIs, content, and career roadmaps, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, RewirePath disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, and freedom from errors or malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RewirePath, its founder Sandeep DK, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, career opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or related to these Terms exceed the amount actually paid by you to RewirePath in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RewirePath and its founder Sandeep DK from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this page. Your continued use of RewirePath following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes.
